Insurance Coverage

Oxytocin Perinatal Support is thrilled to share we are now in-network with many major insurance companies. We work with Wildflower Health to offer in-network support for clients with Cigna and with The Lactation Network to cover lactation visits for clients with several other major insurance companies. These often include:

Anthem BCBS PPO
BCBS PPO
commercial UnitedHealthcare plans (PPO and HMO)
Provider Network of America (PNOA)
Multiplan (look for the logo on your card)

Below you will find links to verify your coverage. Please begin this process, if possible, before booking with us. You will receive an email confirmation once the verification process has been completed. Note that you must obtain approval online before your visit in order to receive 100% coverage. If your coverage is not approved, self pay rates are available, and we are happy to provide a superbill to request reimbursement through your insurance. We recommend that you consult directly with your insurance company about lactation coverage, as plans vary greatly.

A travel fee may apply to all home visits, whether covered by The Lactation Network or Wildflower Health, or self-pay.
